Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative and driver meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designed hotel. The representative will help you check into your hotel. At the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The Kathmandu valley offers you a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence. In the morning after having breakfast, you will be guided to visit famous and biggest Hindus Pashupatinath temple, Buddha stupa, Swoyambhunath and in the afternoon having lunch you will visit Kathmandu durbar square and Patan durbar square.
Day 03: Fly/ drive to Pokhara and half day sightseeing in Pokhara
This day you will reach Pokhara. For this you can either fly to Pokhara or then drive to Pokhara which is 200km far from Pokhara which takes around 5 -6 hours. The Drive passes through the mountains, villages and cities, forests, along the banks of Trishuli and Marsyangi River to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara you have day sightseeing in Pokhara valley. You have a guided tour to Phewa Lake where you can do boating, visit Bindawasini temple, David falls, Gupteshwor cave etc.
Day 04: Fly to Jomsom & Trek to Kagbeni
From Pokhara you have a flight to Jomsom that offers great view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountains. After reaching Jomsom and having rest for some while you will move towards to Kagbeni (2800m) which is Nepal Tibet trade route is a traditional town with medieval look and interesting alleys.
Day 05: Trek to Chele
From Chele, you will follow the path to the riverbank of Kaligandaki up stream. During the walk you will get scenic picturesque of mountains, forests, landscape by following the path of uphill and downhill then you reach Tangbe. You will move forward Chele village.
Day 06: Trek to Geling
This day you have steep trails on arid desert. On the way you can see several canyons and interesting chortens passes the Samar village and finally you will reach Geling.
Day 07: Trek to Charang
Today is the relatively easier day. The trail gently goes up by crossing the interesting passes, steel bridge at Tangmar River, gray and red cliffs and Mani walls. Now, you will follow the downhill to reach the Charang village by crossing the pass at 3600m. Charang, where you can visit huge five stories Dzong and red gompa, collection of statues and thanka.
Day 08: Trek to Lo-Manthang
You will spend part of the morning exploring the interesting village of Charang and its large monastery, before setting out for Lo Manthang. For Lo- Manthang you climb gently above the valley to a large isolated Chorten that marks the boundary between Charang and Lo Manthang.. The highland route offers dramatic views of Lo Manthang and the Charang Valley, with snow clad peaks in the background. And the n you will reach Lo- Manthang.
Day 09: A rest day at Lo – Manthang
Today is a rest a day as an acclimatization day at Lo - Manthang. Or you can hike around the Lo- Manthang.
Day 10: Exploration Lo Manthang
Today you will explore the surrounding areas of Lo- Manthangvillage .You will visit Namgyal Gompa and Tingkhar. Namgyal Gompa situated on a hilltop serves as an important monastery of the local community and also as a local court. After visiting Namgyal Gompa continue the tour to Tingkhar, the last main village to the northwest of Lo-Mangthang. Or you may have another option to visit the Tall Champa Lakhang "God house" the red Thugchen Gompa, Chyodi Gompa and the Entrance Hall which are the main attraction of this town. Another attraction is the four- storey building of the Raja's palace as well as the surrounding panoramic views of the Himalaya.
Day 11: Trek to Ghami
Today you will descend from Lo Manthang and reach to the village of Ghami as a last destination for today. It is a lovely village with lots and lots of farm land with barley fields and white washed houses.
Day 12: Trek to Samar
Leaving Ghami you begin to follow narrow winding path until you reach Geling crossing a small stream. On the way you can enjoy good view of the Nilgiri Mountains, deserted landscapes, Tibetan style villages and their life style, farming terraces and natural vegetation.
Day 13: Trek to Kagbeni
From Samar to Kagbeni, you will about seven hours following a descending path and then you will reach Chhuksang by crossing a suspension bridge over Kali Gandaki. You walk along the bank of Kali Gandaki with views of natural vegetation and apple orchards. Finally you will reach Kagbeni.
Day 14: Trek to Jomsom
Today you will trek up to Jomsom at 2713m which takes generally about 3 hours. The trail passes through the bank of Kali Gandaki passing through Eklebhatti. The trail is windy in the early afternoons and then you will Jomsom which is the headquarters of Mustang where you can have access to the internet and banking facilities.
Day 15: Fly to Pokhara and fly/drive to Kathmandu
This day you have a flight to Pokhara. Reaching Pokhara you will join another flight to go Kathmandu or you can go via land transportation. After reaching Kathmandu, you have free time to enjoy by shopping, relaxation etc.
Day 16: Depart Kathmandu
After having breakfast you will be driven to Kathmandu which takes about 5 – 6 hours or you have an option to go to Kathmandu via flight from Pokara. After reaching Kathmandu, you have free time for enjoy shopping, relaxation etc.
