Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative and driver meet you at the Tribhuvan International Airport and escort you to your designed hotel. The representative will help you check into your hotel. At the hotel, you will be briefed about your daily activities.
Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
Kathmandu is the historical and cultural heart of Nepal and has been a popular destination for tourists ever since Nepal opened its doors to visitors. The Kathmandu valley offers you a wonderful mix of Hinduism, Tibetan Buddhism and Western influence. In the morning after having breakfast, you will be guided to visit famous and biggest Hindus Pashupatinath temple, Buddha stupa, Swoyambhunath and in the afternoon having lunch you will visit Kathmandu durbar square and Patan durbar square.
Day 3: Kathmandu- Pokhara
In the morning after having breakfast you will be driven to Pokhara, 200 km distance from Kathmandu and it takes 5-6 hours on tourist vehicle/ you have another option i.e. fly to Pokhara. On the way to our destination we will go through beautiful forests, deep gorges and pass Nepali villages and picturesque scene of hills and mountains. This day you will be accommodated at Pokhara.
Day 4: Sightseeing in Pokhara
Pokhara is recognized as a naturally beauty city of Nepal. This day you will be guided for full day city tour/sightseeing. In the early morning, you will be taken to Sarangkot which is one of the best places for sunrise and sunset view. Then you will visit Fewa Lake(on the middle of the lake Barahi temple lies) where you can enjoy by doing boating and you can see the shadow of Mt. Machhapuchhre on the surface of the lake if the sky is clear. Next destinations areBegnas Lake ,Devi’s water fall, Tibetan refugee settlement and Gupteshower cave, International mountain museum.
Day: Pokhara to Tikhedhunga
Today your trek will start after reaching Nayapul, around 1 hour driving by private vehicle from Pokhara. After around 20 minutes, a short walk along the banks of the Modi Khola, you reach Birethanti (1015meters) a big village that has many shops and teahouses. The trail follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola, valley of Hille and after passing that you will reach Tikhedhunga at 1570meters.
Day 6: Tikhedhunga- Ghorepani
As you ascend along the path that leads the BhurungdiKhola, Ulleri village to reach the Ghorepani. The name Ghorepani in Nepali means "horse-water" owing to its role as an important campsite for traders before it became a trekker's stop. Ghorepani is an interesting place with small shops and stalls for selling local products and craft.
Day 7: Ghorepani-Poon Hill- Tatopani
Once you take an amazing view of the sunrise from an ideal point of Poon Hill, you will have breakfast then you descend to Tatopani through the rhododendron forest amidst the awe-inspiring view of Dhaulagiri range. This path then leads through terraced fields to Sikha, a Magar village, Kaligandaki.
Day 8: Tatopani- Ghasa
The trail now follows the Kali Gandaki river flows under the deep gorge by 2200m in between two 8000m mountaintops are only 38km apart. Ghasa is a paradise for the bird watchers from this place trekker can see the variety of birds in the forests.
Day 9: Ghasa- Marpha
Today you will go through forest takes you to Lete Khola then reach to Lete. It further continues to the east side of the Kaligandaki reach you Larjung Village. From Larjung, we cross trail via Tukche at 2590m and apple farm projects which produces apple and vegetable for the whole region until you get to Marpha Village.
Day 10: Marpha- Kagbeni
After visiting the Marpha village, the trail continues along the valley side, the Panga Khola to reach Ekle Bhatti meaning lonely pub. Then, 3 hours walking you will reach at Kagbeni and you will accommodated at Kagbeni.
Day 11: Kagbeni- Muktinath
Today you will move on to Muktinath. For this you make a steep climb up the Jhong Khola valley leaving Kagbeni,from here trail continues high above the Jhong Khola, you will be rewarded with the actual religious site of Muktinath & this area is kept free of hotels and camping sites. Muktinath is a pilgrimage center for Buddhists and Hindus. There we can see Tibetan traders as well as sadhus from the far south of India. There are shrines in a grove of trees including a Buddhists gompa & the Vishnu temple of Jwalamai.
Day 12: Muktinath-Jomsom
Muktinath temple is one of most important destination for Hindus pilgrimage and Buddhists. In the morning, you will visit the Muktinath Temple, the Lord Vishnu. There is also a Buddhist Monastery nearby. You can see the magnificent views of Dhaulagiri peak from Muktinath. From Muktinath, we continue back to Jomsom.
Day 13: Jomsom- Pokhara and fly back to Kathmandu
After having breakfast you can check in the airport to fly back to Pokhara, a 30-min flight to Pokhara between gorge of the two huge mountains, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. On the arrival at Pokhara airport, your guide will transfer to the designed hotel. In afternoon, you will fly to Kathmandu or drive to Kathmandu, according to your request.
Day 14: Depart Kathmandu
After checking out of the hotel, our representative will take to the airport for your flight home.Or if you want to stay longer for short tours i.e. National parks, rafting, and mountain biking, hiking, etc. do not forget to inform us.
